infrequent shuttle exorbitant prices
I was FRUSTRATED by a couple of things. the airport shuttle was not frequent enough. I had to wait an UNACCEPTABLE amount of time, and it made me late for my meeting. the minibar prices were exorbitant. Charging so much for basic snacks and drinks was like a HUGE rip-off.

bathroom hairs thin walls
the room was a decent size and had what I needed, SO that was alright.
The cleanliness, though. wasn't excellent. i found some hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. plus, the noise from outside kept me up. I could hear cars ALL night long. the walls seem thin, too, as i heard my neighbors chatting LATE into the evening.

I found the hotel's proximity to the airport very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the clean and modern room. There was also a shuttle service available to the airport (it saved me time).
I noticed that the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. I could not adjust the temperature in my room as desired. This made the room warmer than my preference.

stained bedsheets non-functional usb chargers
the gym was a decent size i suppose
the bedsheets had stains that really bothered me i did not feel comfortable sleeping there the usb chargers by the nightstand did not function so i could not charge my phone easily i had to find another outlet

i found the airport shuttle a real bonus. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and spacious, with a super comfortable, very large bed.
nothing is in walking distance, but there is a restaurant on site.

the breakfast had meats, cheeses, pastries, juices and coffee. the free airport shuttle made travel very easy.

helpful guidance clean room reasonable size
the front desk team gave us help and guidance . it made our discovery of the charms of barcelona easier. the room was clean and a reasonable size. i found the front desk team especially Mahfud helpful.
